1. The program begins at your convenience. You can go at your own pace. Don't rush through it. Read and listen intently. Take notes. Discuss these options and strategies with your doctor.
2. All of the lessons and action items will be made readily available. You are encouraged to go through the course self-paced at your own flexible schedule.
3. If you have any questions: You are encouraged to post any questions in the Migraine Mastery Community. I typically respond within 24-48 hours, but fellow members may respond at any time as well.
